Show Hierarchy in the Node Title Bar

By default, the View Menu's Node Title Bar action displays only the title of the current note in the Node Title Bar, above the content of the Note Pane. If this option is set, the entire note hierarchy will be displayed in the Node Title Bar in "breadcrumb" fashion when the Note Title Bar action is selected. For example, this note's hierarchy is:

User Interface > Dialogs > General Settings > Display Settings > Show hierarchy in the node title bar

The shipping default state of this setting is checked (hierarchy will be displayed in the Node Title Bar when it is active).
